We are looking for someone who can design a joomla (J1.5.X) website for a web hosting service. Someone very good in designing a site that is beautiful and with easy navigation.
A site that allows the customer to see in a nutshell what we offer, excellent creative layout that is very informative, presented in a way that encourages sales.
All modules would obviously be collapsible and tableless etc. Module design is important as we’d like to be able to design different headers/backgrounds for each module.

I need the project all ready to go when finished. We would also like a Header and Footer Templates created from the design. I need the project all ready to go when finished plus the psd slices used for the design.
