We need a website cloned with all the same functions, pages, forms and layout as EmergencyGlassRepair.com. Website will be designed with new images and colors approved by us. You can use current content as place markers. We will replace with our own. Fields for the forms will remain the same.
Deliverables include:

•Website will be uploaded into CPanel administrative system.
Functionality:
– Consumer will be able to come to the website and enter their zip code and fill out a detailed form answering questions about their car or home and submit the form for a quote request.
– The form should have a Captcha field to avoid spam.
– The form will be sent to local dealer based on zip code by both email and text messaging to their phone.
– System should be able to qualify if email address and phone number provided by consumer is valid. 10 digit phone number with area code required.
– System must recognize the user’s location by referencing the IP address to qualify the quote request based on zip code entered.
Administrative:
•Ability to control the site through a CMS interface (perhaps Joomla?), so that an administrator can login remotely and update anytime. (No to WordPress)
•Ability to update blog through CMS interface
•Ability to create and delete unlimited user accounts for local dealers that will receive the submitted quotes by email and text messaging.
•When creating user accounts, ability to administer which user will receive bids based on auto glass, home windows, commercial windows, etc.
•When creating new user accounts, ability to administer which user will receive bids based on zip code locations. (Ex: dealer in zip code area for new York will receive all requests for quotes from consumers located in the New York area)
•Full accounting of each user account for total leads sent to them bi-monthly with invoices emailed to them and system to automatically charge dealers credit card.
Dealer account functionality:
•Dealer can login to their account to change profile or billing information
•Review list of all quote request emails sent to them. Categorized monthly.
•Ability to click on each item in list to view detailed information from the form that consumers filled out.
•For accounting purposes, the ability to click on button to dispute each contact on the list if information was false due to inaccurate email or contact number submitted by consumer.
•The ability to click on button to acknowledge if bid was successfully won.
Once this project is developed successfully, we are looking for a developer that can service, update, and insert this site platform and functionality to other websites for different industries.
