Development a website for people annouce/search houses or apartments, prefereably using some famous CMS such as joomla or drupal.
Note I’ll just work with scriptlance’s escrow.
Important notes:
– I’ll need support and a few documentation for setting up the system and translating it.
– It must have multi-language support, so I can easily translate it to my own language.
– SEO required
– Must be intuitive and easy to use.
Basically the site must allow registered users to announce places to live (house, apartament, flat, room) for selling, loan, or sharing.
Users may be able to search for announces, including a lot of pertinent filters (place, value, …)
When sharing users may be able to check if they are willing or not to share the same ROOM, or just the same apartment, for example.
