Browser Compatibility Fix

I have a Joomla site that isn’t displaying properly in Internet Explorer 8. Earlier versions of MSIE and other browsers seem OK. I attach a screenshot.

This project is to fix this problem, ensuring cross-browser compatibility of the site.
