Joomla Update And Minor Fixes
The following tasks need to be done:
1. currently 1.5.8, upgrade to latest version
2. Frontpage article currently requires a login to view, I want to hyperlink from a constant contact newsletter to the main article without the reader needing to register or login
3. Setup archive box for previous articles
