Zen Cart Data Entry/data Updat
What we need:
Accurate, experienced and intelligent data entry providers. Our client owns an established men’s fashion shopping site that runs on Zen Cart. The site already has 12,000 products. These products need to be regularly revised/removed based on availability of stock. New products need to be regularly added from a variety of sources. Accuracy of work and the ability to understand instructions and learn about the client’s products is essential.
What we will provide:
We will provide the information via Google Docs, email and Skype/MSN about what new products are to be added and what is to be revised etc. This is done on a daily basis; usually several times a day. We’ll provide initial training and ongoing guidance as to how to do the work PERFECTLY. Following our instructions and requirements precisely is essential.

Please note that some of the products are of underwear and includes photographs that are revealing so if this is an issue please do not apply.
Specific expertise we seek:
Data entry skills using Zen Cart admin, the ability to make intelligent decisions regarding what existing category a product should go into, high accuracy and consistency and a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Note: If you are experienced with Easy Populate Advanced (EPA) on Zen Cart then this is a bonus. It is not a requirement for this job and we are expecting bids to be based on “manual” data entry using the normal Zen Cart admin. If you do know about EPA though please tell us as we will be posting another job soon for EPA experts.
Timeframe for delivery:
We will be choosing a winner within a few days of starting this job or sooner. If chosen you will be expected to start immediately on the same day. Training will also commence immediately.
Other requirements:
You need to talk to us daily (Monday to Friday at a minimum and if you can work Saturday or Sunday as well let us know). You must communicate well by online live chat and email (both).
Things to consider when bidding:
We will not tolerate sub-standard work. If you are an excellent, hard working and dedicated provider we will reward you with ongoing work that is continually increasing. Yes, 1000s of products per month are to be added to the site and 1000s of products per month are to be revised.

1. Creating 1000 new products on the Zen Cart site
2. Revising 1000 products on the Zen Cart site
Mention the split… eg, XXXX cents per new product and XXXX cents per revised product.

We pay a fixed rate per new product and a fixed rate per product revision. We will consider other job pricing methods but that is our preferred model.
