Looking for the best guy to design my site using my vision & follow specific details. I had no luck trying to get someone to design my website and meet my deadline. Must have great graphic designer skills and programmer experience. Must be able to show me what he can do before partial payment is due.
Can load on its own server for design preview. Homepage requirement ready to be worked on and can email asap. If you can establish the first page of the layout then this project is yours with partial payment to begin.
Here a website layout that I like but I want everything designed
