I need an excellent graphic designer that can design a simple, clean website for me. The pages I need designed are:
. Home page + 1 Subpage ( home page will have slide show of latest work, quick contact form.
. Website Packages Page ( 4 different packages creative icons with buy buttons )
. Showcase page which will show latest work thumbnails and description.
. Testimonials Page
. Contact Page ( design form and contact information + graphic for google map )

I only need PSD layered design, but if you include coding and features, I could considered.
