You must have
1. Expertise in PHP, MySQL
2. Must have good knowledge in Web2.0 and Ajax/Jquery
3. Must have strong knowledge in db queries and cms optimization
4. Must be willing to finish the job ASAP not more than 7 days including testing, it should be 2-3 days but definitely not more than5.
5. Must be available online during work time via instant messenger.
6. Must be responsible for all testing

DETAILS:
We had a CMS (which is very simple, see attached document) customized a year back but now the new version of CMS released with some improvement, The cms is not plugin friendly and need to play with the core coding hence we have to apply all those customizations again.
The previous programmer did the job in around 12 working hrs (this is just for your information) but this time we have to add couple of more features and paypal IPN functionality too.
Requirements:
1. Customize the CMS
2. Make a look and feel of Web 2.0
3. Use of Ajax for faster loading admin area and pages
4. Integrate with our protection script, (this is simple and we will help you with it)
5. Optimize database queries
6. Optimize loading time
7. Integration of simple purchase management with paypal IPN
