This is an EASY job for anyone who has ever done some light modifications to WordPress blogs/themes.
Basically you are putting in a GPL theme on an already installed wordpress domain and you are making some quick mods to the graphics, adding a header & adding some plugins and inserting some banners & adsense code. Make it look professional, make it look unique. Use your creativity.
I will provide:
– The Theme
– All of the plugins
– SQL file that includes all pages, etc.
– The Articles/Blog Posts
– All instructions on how to complete the task.
– Links to 10 Working Examples (see 4 below)
– Project management, support & some training.
You will provide:
– The WordPress theme modifications (Graphics/CSS)
– A header
– The configuration of a few plugins (All in One SEO, XML Sitemaps, aWeber)
– & some related tasks
Clone/Portfolio:
You will need to duplicate these examples. The auto-blog plugins add all of the content. Some of these my team designed.

No more than a 48 hour turnaround per blog. You should be able to do 3 of these per week. Must be reliable, polite & knowledgeable.
