I am looking for a twitter-ish social network which is not based on user profiles, but more on actual topics. Users contribute to topics and this topics (which include comments etc) will be pushed/send to everyone who subscribed to those topics.
I just need the coding and a running site, graphics and the theme whicht this site is about (which I of course cannot describe) will be done by another company.
Please note: I DO NOT need a twitter clone, I can get it for free.
PLUS: The database and content has to be accessible for future app developments!
