There are 2 things to fix . . .
1) A script called Timthumb is used to re-scale uploaded images, but isn’t working.

2) The site has this plugin http://wpdevelop.com/wp-plugins/
It’s not enabled now. But when it is enabled, the menu doesn’t display correctly.
