I would like to have a shopping site built.
NOTE 1: I’m an affiliate of Commission Junction and Link Share, so the shopping site will be populated with products using their
API’s. I will give you the codes and documentation when you are ready for them.
NOTE 2: I need a programmer that understands and knows how to implement the API and datafeeds for Commission Junction and Link Share. If you do not understand how to integrate their API’s and datafeeds into my site, please Do Not bid on this project. Thanks!

CATEGORIES

Below is how it should be set up:
My current site is located at:
http://wespacaffiliates.com/shop
Once you click on the link above, you will see the 20
categories that I’ll be using. (Note: These 20 links are currently linked to http://www.bizrate.com to show you an example of how my site should look). When you complete the project, the links
will be linked to my site of course.
This is how it should work:
Click on the “Appliances” link. You will be taken to a
page with the following tables:
1) Top Departments in Appliances
Those 12 subcategories with pictures should be in this table.
When you click on one of the subcategories, you should be
taken to a list of products. For example, if you click on the
“Coffee Makers” link, you will see a list of merchants who sell
coffee makers.
Don’t forget to add the “Refine Your Results” sections to the left of the product listings. You will need to check each category to see what needs to go in the “Refine Your Results” sections as some sections are different. You can disregard the banner above the “Refine Your Results” sections.
Also, don’t forget to add the “Sort By” box at the top of all product listing pages. You can disregard the “View As” and “Add Tax & Shipping” boxes.
Below the “Top Departments” table, there should be a table entitled:
2) Browse Departments
These are all the subcategories in the “Appliances” department.
When you click on one of the subcategories, you should be taken
to a list of products just as in item# 1 above.
3) Disregard the following tables:
– “Featured Products” in all departments
– “Popular Brands” in all departments
– “Popular Searches” in all departments

MAIN PAGE

1) The search box should appear at the top of each page.
When a visitor types in a keyword and clicks search, he
should be taken to a list showing products relating to that
keyword. The API’s from Commission Junction and Link Share
will help you with this.
2) Under the “Featured Advertisers” table, this should
show merchants that are having sales and promotions such as
discounts, free shipping…etc. Using the API, you can
rotate the Featured Advertisers on a daily basis.
3) The following tables should not appear on the Main Page:
– Best Deals
– Special Offers
– New Arrivals
The only things that should appear on the Main Page are the
– Categories table
– The Welcome statement at the top and the
– Featured Advertisers table below it.
4) I will need a Contact form for the “Contact Us” link

ADMIN PANEL

1) I’m not sure what I need in the admin panel. Since all
the datafeed is coming from Commission Junction and Link
Share. If you can think of anything I need here, please let
me know.
