jQueryBuildAMeal (BAM) is jQuery plugin that builds a select-able list of menu ingredients and nutritional information that can be used to construct healthy meals in seconds. The plugin interface can be used to review ingredients’ nutritional information and add ingredients to a meal. Once constructed, meals are deep link-able and easily share-able on Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
