Improve Joomla Design/layout
Improve the design and layout of decouple.org, a consumer education site implemented in joomla. The design and colors should be simple and elegant. They relative positions of the elements in the site should NOT be changed. The joomla template should be streamlined so that it can be more easily modified. The layout should resize dynamically with the browser and should appear well in all popular browsers.

You will not have access to the site server. Instead you should implement and test it on your own site, and send me the template which I can install on my own site. I am currently using the default joomla template.

right – mod_banners (Policies)

syndicate – mod_syndicate

Joomla Website Programming
We need an experienced joomla programmer to convert photoshop design images into a functional joomla website. We provide website map, and structure as well as all page design in photoshop. Need backend programmed into joomla 1.5 and up.

We are enclosing site map and page designs (provided as pdf but will be offered in photoshop format to selected programmer). Total of 9 pages using differentiated joomla templates. Data entry personnel needed to move information from Joomla! 1.0.15 websites, to Joomla! 1.5.15 websites with a different template. Minor amount of knowledge of Joomla! CMS is needed.
