I need someone that is efficient in uploading web pages to my site. The websites/ web pages are all pretty much complete.

Things that may have to be done would be adding a name and other minor changes/adjustments.

They would be rather quick jobs (for the most part) but it could grow into a steady job on a part time basis for the right applicant.
Person with good knowledge of proper SEO techniques preferred but not absolutely necessary.

Must be able to speak and understand English.

I have about 40 domain names that I have not been able to develop into websites.

Rather than let them sit until I have time, I need someone to develop a 1 page website for each.

Want each site to compare three (3) clickbank or cj products/services, which I will supply the links too.
Model/example site is: http://www.swooporeviews.com/ or http://www.sellputoptions.com/

Must include an attractive layout, intro paragraph, graphic for each product/service, and a paragraph write-up for each product/service.

Must be SEO enhanced (high keyword density (2-2.5% density), search engine friendly, etc.).

Bid is for two websites. Based on quality rest will follow.

Refactor Jquery Or Css On Ror
I have an existing application that works well but needs some refactoring. It has Ruby on Rails on the server side and JQuery on the front end. It currently runs on Windows using Webrick. You likely will have to work on Windows.

There are 2 main tasks:

1. Refactor CSS
The CSS for the RoR templates is spread over serveral files. Layout looks good on FF and IE8, but has some problems on IE6/7
Deliverable:
a)Clean CSS without any changes in appearance, preferable in one or two files.
b) Short, clear comments for each section.
c) validated html
c) Tested on FF, IE8/7/6.

2. Refactor Javascript/JQuery
There is a folder browser in the application done in JQuery, and a couple of other JQuery things (drag/drop). Most JS is in application.js and in a separate file for the file browser.
Deliverable:
a) refactor JQuery code into 1 or 2 files with clear organization
b) turn some post requests into GET
c) a small extension for the folder browser, will be detailed later

I am looking for someone very ORGANIZED with a sense for clear structures.

I will consider using 2 contractors for this job.
So if you think you are very good with CSS, but don’t know JQuery, please apply. The same is true the other way around.

There is no or little actual work in RoR. You need basic RoR skills to make everything work, but if you don’t have a whole lot experience, that’s fine.

Looking for a basic redesign our webdite. We no longer offer all of the services and basically want a new look (same logo) with about 6 different pages. Concentrating on Portfolio, Websites, Ecommerce, Social Media, SEO, Programming, Graphics, Contact Us. Would like a cool intro since we are high tech and a slick portfolio page. We have been designing websites since 1995 and have done thousands so there is always more. We have outsourced over the past 5 years and had success. Big problem is contact, they seem to have a holiday and vanish for a week, or they dont understand english well. We require 3 rough templates (fresh) then like to select our favorites from each template and create a final look. Prefer a company with more then one contact person!

I just recently started my company. We specialize in creating custom tshirts for willing customers. We also would like to offer customers the ability to create their own tshirts. We are looking for a website to be built along with an intergrated Tshirt design module. Here are some key points and by all means, if i have left something out please ask whatever info you require:
1. The site (if possible) can be relatively blank so its open to my customization.
2. The most important for our customers is the Shirt Design Module that will allow them to choose shirt style, color and desired design and purchase from there. Similar to sites like zazzle.com or spreadshirt.com. This too, should be open to my customization. (Flash/java/HTML)
3. customers will be purchasing from the site so there needs to be the availability for intergration of a payment gateway.
4. Again, i do not have a huge budget so the site does not have to be big, but just enough to add the module and a couple (customized enabled) pages for the designs.

We are open to any suggestions you may have. We are open to different payments solutions but prefer to do half when the project starts and 2nd half on completetion.

I need a set of about 10 high quality vehicle images that will be used on a website to promote a rims and tires retail store. The images MUST be provided by the owner, or with permission from the owner to avoid any copyright issues.

The photos should have any mix of sports, luxury, exotic, and other high end vehicles. Photos must be clear, clean, with bright, brilliant colors.

The site would provide affiliate tools to grow the membership for commission. Membership download [e/books & software] privileges included. Finally, the site like the regular website would offer different services, products and links to sites or services. The main features of the sites are explained further below. Credit system – earn extra credit for upgrading, upon recruiting paid member and for reading emails or ads.
