Website Clone / Re-design Need
I basically need a clone of this real estate website http:// bit.ly/55uKH1 with the following changes:

– remove all Flash content!
– replace all navigation images with text & CSS
– port the configurator to a php/mySQL solution
– change all popups to lightbox popups
– backend administration for:
– administration of the objects: edit descriptions, prices and images
– ‘one click’ to mark single object sold or reserved or available
– administrator page for the configurator to add or remove options
– setup of new sites/objects in the configurator

– additional video page for showing their films
– SEO optmization of the page

I’d like to see some AJAX on this page and a tablefree CSS design and i need excellent graphics of course.

An experienced and good programmer is needed for this project who will finish this within a week. My customer expects to see a demo in 3 or 4 days and likes to see the final version on the 2nd of february. Payment is Escrow as soon as i have a running and bugfree website/script on my server. A follow up project to this one is most likely.

Currently the user uploads the product details such as name, price, etc and this info is saved to the database.

I need paypal integrated into this plugi so when paypal is chosen as the payment gateway the users are given a purchase link that they can paste into their website so customers can buy the product.

Take a csv file with addresses
and out put
(a) google map as jpg
(b) Google satellite map as .jpg
(c) Google streetview as a .jpg
(c) bing map as .jpg
(d) bing birds eye view from all four angles, each one as jpg

If the address is 1234 Main street, the maps will be saved as 1234main_xxxx.jpg where xxxx is the identifier as to what kind of map it is.

Output will be
(i) a php file with all of the images for ach of the address included – 1234main.html
(ii) a pdf file with all the images included – 12234main_images.pdf
(iii) a csv or excel file with all the addresses linked to the corresponding html file and one of the images showing on the mouse over.

Option page which will have the following functionality

It will allow allow selectively turn off a type of image (ie., if I unselect a box, it will not include bing map)
It will allow selectively picking the size of the images for each service, e.g., main option page specify the bing image size to be 400×300, and allow which directory to store the images.

Error handling (i.e., address not found, street view not found, notification),and a reasonably attractive user interface.
