Gumtree Dot Com Clone Website
I am looking for someone to set up a classified ads website similar to the gumtree. I have had a look over the net but can only find some cheap crap php template website. Im after something like the gumtree or hallolondon.co.uk.
i want the website to have the same listing sections as the gumtree. However i would like them to be able to post pictures and leave their contact details (as on the gumtree).

Temp Integration Small Fixes
We have a site based on clipbucket (youtube clone) with some modifications. Now we want to change template. We provide new design (psd attached) same layout just a few changes such as colour

Ea-land Private Server

The Sims Online (EA-Land) was discontinued in 2008 and is shows no signs of returning. Much like World of Warcraft, Habbo Hotel, and other popular MMO’s out there, I would like to be able to run a PRIVATE SERVER of The Sims Online. Whether or not this action is illegal is beyond me, nonetheless, I would like to be the first and only Sims Online private server in business. I’m not sure if my budget is anywhere NEAR accurate, but I need somebody who can create a server emulator for The Sims Online using only the old EA-Land Client (not connected to any live server) to post their bid no matter how high or low it may be. If this is absolutely 100% impossible, let me know in the PMB. Thank you.

Fix Paypal Api
I have a ecommerce script and everything works great need one little fix related to paypal processing and authorise net processing there for the choosen programmer will need sandbox test accounts with these providers in order to check after fixing. We will be running a full scale test prior to payment using the test account or a real account if you dont have a test one and thatll be payment for project…:) Furthermore I will need to know exactly what was done to fix it so if it happens again.

Now whoever fixes this will also be helping me fix another script same problem well we need to overhaul the whole IPN system its outdated at any rate happy bidding will be moving forward with this project quickly You will be required to sign a NDA and confidentiality agreement. I prefer someone within the united states that i could hold legally responsible should these contracts be violated..:) However I am looking for offshore pricing on this one as it is a small fix the next project will pay more show me what you got here and I may use you frequently.

heres a little more info this is a live auction site once the auction finishes it goes to won auctions then user clicks pay heres the issue it goes to payment.php which goes to process.php which extracts info from auction client info product info etc. everythings in place and setup the way it needs to be to work but for some odd reason its not transmitting the info well once it ends up at paypal nothing follows through i.e. theres no payment info entered at paypal nor item number etc. this is a problem because once user pays its suppose to go back to the site and credit the auction back into the mysql if its unsuccesful it routes back to unsuccessful which it does just fine. so as I said the logics in place its just not 100% so

to have a authorize.net testing account to test that module and fix whatevers wrong with it possibly nothing cant test it, its module is far simpler.

Paypal as noted above probably upgrade IPN will solve the issue its a mysql to paypal issue

I need you to sign the required nda and confidentiality agreements if choosen before seeing anything

and one last request i need a chase IPN built if possible just signing up with them now to get into the developer area.

so overall you must be great with payment API and IPNS Im good with PHP and other languages just need help with this IPN API stuff

Res. Optimisation + Jquery
Have some questions which am willing to pay for the information:

Firstly:
We are designing a portfolio with a very similar concept to this site:

The homepage design will be just as simple. For the navigation there will be 3 menu links – About, Latest Work and Contact. Using jquery, the About content/page will scroll in from the left, Latest Work scroll down from above and Contact in from the right. See ‘structure’ image attached for clearer explanation. It is a little like this site, but not confined to a section, it will be the whole content/page size – http://www.charliegentle.co.uk/.

The designer is creating the site in .psd which will then be converted. The navigation of the site will use jquery and will move the content over a static background image.

Here are the questions/issues:
1. What size should the designer design the homepage so there is no scroll, when optimised for a resolution minimum of 1024 x 768. I believe the average content space within a browser at this resolution is 1008×600. So does he need to design the page to these dimensions?

2. If the designer designs the site to 1008×600 for example, when a visitor is viewing the site with 1680×1050 res will there be spaces either side of the width? This would mean the navigation idea will not look as effective.

3. Is there a way to set the homepage with no scroll and still keep the navigational functionality how we want it – in all resolutions 1024×768 and above?

See this site for example, it uses jquery and it looks the same in all resolutions 1024×768 and upwards… the page width always remains the same and with no horizontal or vertical scroll.
