Need a Creative Word Press Expert to install latest wordpress and point to a domain. Design must be unique, but I will show you samples of sites I’ll like mine to look similar to.

You will also set up Admin panel, Permalinks, Plugins, Site Wide Optimization, store front – pretty much all that is needed to get the blog running and optimize it for monetization.

Please include blog samples in your response. I need this relatively simple job completed in a timely manner.

Please bid a reasonable amount so I can close and have you start asap. Again, this is pretty easy as wordpress even gives you instructions on how to do it, but I need an expert who can complete this quickly, and is able to make suggestions on how to get the best out of the blog set-up.

We have already a ready php site which functions according to the specifications however the design is extremely low quality, the previous designer just left us the site looking really bad and we need somebody to do the design for us.

There are also some bugs and functions that do not work properly and they need fixing.

We are looking for very high standard finish as it is a commercial site aimed to a large audience.

There are about 200 php files that the design needs to be applied at, we are not looking for a design to be delivered as a seperate template.

You will need to install PHP/MySQL/FTP on a server running only CentOS. You will also need to allow us to edit the site colors, fonts, etc easily. Maybe this is a CSS you help us change.

Full Project Description:

Admin section would need to give me the ability to edit the Section Names which are what show up in the header, footer, and the directories shown on the main page. Need to be able to sort their order and browse to upload a small logo to show next to the title (if no image, nothing shows).

Will Not need the blog section.

Footer will also have: About, Contact (webform is needed), Privacy/Terms link. Need an easy way to add text to About, Privacy/Terms pages. I can past html into a text box in the admin if that is easiest.

Right hand section: Need to be able to select which section will show in the Admin section.

When someone clicks “Compare SECTION NAME” Need to be able to edit description that shows at top of page for the section:

Need to show a table of the Merchants (Added in the Admin section).
Links for Go to (Merchant Name) links to Link setup in Admin.
Need to have daily and monthly stats summary in Admin of Links Clicked (Merchant Name).

Table Columns: Name, Highlight, Rating
In Admin will enter text for each and need to select from 1 to 5 for rating. Show a star and an light gray star for the ones not selected, example 3 yellow stars and 2 gray stars if a rating of 3. Make your own star gif if you are able to or find one from free clip art.

Need to list all Merchant Names below the table as well with a longer Review Description (added in the Admin). Show Name, Visit Site (link to Merchant- same as in Admin and need to track clicks)

What we already have?

We have PSDs and design already designed with us.

What we expecting?

1. Convert it into X-cart Skin following complete compatibility with X-cart system with XHTML & CSS verified structure. Using AJAX where needed but must be no-jerky and with no bugs.
2. Will start with X-cart demo version and once paid we’ll provide the license.
3. Our PSDs are approved by our clients but still we would like to keep 15-20% changes later in design if required.

Pre-qualifications?

1. You have to show best of your 5 x-cart sites done and NO pasting your huge profiles as we are not interested in it now.

1. Winning teams/Teams will have to sign NDA before starting since all design and code rights goes to our company and must not be used anywhere else.
2. Even though its not a big project teams can demand upto 10% as upfront to start up and rest all after completion of project.
3. Demo server will be provided by our clients and don’t want any other server keeping copy of our system and design.
4. You have to be available on messengers and on call as required.
5. Must meet planned deadline else we’ll select other team from there only to avoid more delays.

We are more than 10 year old company and we always pay so we need to only serious teams to bid.

For some reason almost all my pages being cached by google show my website page all messed up in Internet Explorer, However in Firefox the cache looks fine. Can you please explain what is causing this and also a price to fix this for me.

I need to automatically collect search results from a specific DMV website using a cron job or something similar. Please go to the link below:

Click on ‘Start Search’ and then click ‘I agree’. In the city name type in ‘SAN JOSE’ and select ‘Get License Info’.

The information that is returned needs to be stored in a database for later use. The search should be performed using a script and should happen automatically multiple times week. The info we need to store from the results is:

NAME
ADDRESS
CITY/STATE/ZIP

OWNER
LICENSE NUMBER

I need someone to tell me if this automated data extractions is possible and how much it will cost to set up.

We are looking for an OsCommerce to implement an xml feed into categories in oscommerce. Basically the system will work like this.

lets say domain.com/category1 is the page where the products that belong to category1 appears. After implementing the feed the url structure will change and will include a query and call the feed to display ads on the page whatever the query keyword is. So the url example will be somewhat like this.

http://www.domain.com/category1/etc./etc./query=blue%20widgets.

in this case the page should open for the category1 but with the ads just above the products that are displaying blue widget ads.

This is an important implementation and someone with good experience should do it, please quote -I read- before you bid. so that i know that you are not just bidding before reading.
