Need to add a user auth to my website.

each user logged in would see an accounting report of credits and debits.

admin area for posting debits and credits to salesreps.

user area for reporting income per account per month and debits per account per month.

admin area for adding accounts per rep, accounts are ongoing so an admin button for a quit account would be needed.

user area for reporting the accounts they sold plus their income earned per account displayed various ways such as monthly, total and bonus or residual income.

admin area for new account status as it goes through the application process, admin would update its status to relay it to the salesperson user such as in underwriting, or need more documents (and list which ones are still needed) displaying a different icon depending on its status.

Nice layout, professional and not dated. Smooth user interface would be required.

admin area doesnt need the polished look but easily navigated.

more information: I pay residuals per account as long as the account stays with us, I also pay a bonus for selling the account. This monthly information needs to be inputted and sent to the salesrep to display when the log in. If an account quits then the bonus money gets paid back if it is with in 12 months. When an account is sold I want the user to be able to log in and see its status since it can take up to 7 days to start the account. The account goes through several different stages before it is approved. They need to see what else is needed to complete the account such as paperwork to submit or a corrected application. I would also like them to be able to get all the forms needed.

I want a new user training section when I can provide a generic password and they can log in and be trained and get all the paper work they need to get started working for me.

General Description

We are looping for a simple system to help us manage our payroll. We can¡¦t use standard payroll systems because of our payroll schema.

We currently have two types of employees.
1- Employees that are paid per gig
2- And employees that have a base salary + incentives Per gigs

What we are looking for is a system where we can add all our employees., then add a new gig where the system will ask for:
– gig date
– gig name
once that info is provided the system would then ask which employees worked at that gig, the type of payment (full gig salary or gig incentives) and the amount that will be paid.

Definitions:
– Gig: a Gig is an event, a day to day job. Employees only charge for the days worked
– Gig Payment: there are two main components to how our payroll schema works. First the gig (or event) has to be marked as PAID (to the compny) and once we, as a company, have been paid for the gig is when we go ahead and pay our employees for the gig. So you will se gig payment status in the description, this is specified (to the company or to the employee)
– Payment type: we have two payment types that must be specified anyime an amount is added to an employee:
o Full Gig Payment
o Incentive per gig
The main difference being that one as the name suggest is a payment for the gig itself and the other one is used for employees with base salaries as an extra bonus for working at that gig

Reports
The system would then generate reports based on the information entered
– gig report with all employees that worked and how much each of them earned and a total payroll amount for that specific gig. The report must contain the following information
o Gig Info:
„X Gig Date
„X Gig Name
o Employee Info:
„X Employee Name
„X Ammount to be paid
„X Payment type (full or incentive)
– Payroll Report: each payroll period (15th and 30th of each month) the user will generate a payroll report that will display all unpaid gigs (for the employee) separated into two different groups. All unpaid gigs for that employee that are marked paid(for the company) will be on top with a checkbox automatically selected (since we are going to pay them if the gig is matked as paid) and in the bottom a list of all other unpaid gigs (for the employee these will be all gigs marked as NOT PAID for the company where the employee worked) with a checkbox with the ability to manually add the payment. Once this selection Is done two potions will be given to the user.
o Print the report
o Print and mark as payment made (will print the report and will set the status of all checked gigs (in the step before) as PAID
– Emplyee History: A report of all gigs that a specific employee has been paid for in a specified period of time
– Unpaid Gigs per employee: select an employee and system must display all unpaid gigs
– Overall work history per employee: system must display a list of all gigs an employee has worked in ordered by date (most recent on top) with the following info per gig (per line)
o Gig Date
o Gig Name
o Ammount Paid (or Deducted)
o Gig Paid (for the company) a checkbox
o Gig Paid (to the employee) a checkbox asswell
o Period: (will specified in which payroll period the gig was paid)

All reports must have totals at the end. Ex. For payroll report after all gigs that will be paid are selected. The report must include a total to be paid section where all the gigs are added

System has to:
The system must do the following:
– System must print receipts for every action
o Gig Marked as Paid (to company)
o Gig Marked as Paid (to Employee)
o Deduction to an employee
– Have access control. Only users with registered username and password can access the system
– Generate reports with a specific format (will be provided after bidding) reports can be in html or PDF

User Tasks
Tasks User must be able to perform the following tasks:

– User must be able to set gig as paid or pending (for the company).
– user admin area must have a list of all gigs and gig status (paid or unpaid) (For the company)
– once a gig is selected a list of all employees that worked on that gig must be displayed with a payment status (paid or pending)
– user must be able to change employee payment status form pending to paid and vice versa
– user must be able to add a deduction to and employee for the next payroll cycle (deductions must have a description and amount to be deducted)
– user must be able to add a recurring salary for an employee that will be added to the list every 15th and 30th of each month
– reports must be saved. User can go back and re-open a report to see for example how much an employee earned a specific period or month

Description of reports and examples

Gig report must containg the following

Gig Name
Gig Date
Employees:
Employees Name Payment Type Ammout

Example:

Payroll Report must contain the following
Employee Name
A list of all unpaid gigs worked.

The report must look like

Date: is the event date (day that was actually worked)
Event: Gig Name
Ammount Paid: the amount that will be paid
Pay: mark with an X if gig status is set to Paid Leave blank if gig is marked as pending
Paid: Mark with an X if the employee has been paid for the gig
Perio: payroll period when the gig was paid (ex 1st Feburary or 2nd Feburary)

Example

Employee Name: Jane Doe

Final Notes:
– End language for project will be Spanish. We will do all translations
– Script must be built thinking of future additions
– Script must be able to run from our web server and/or our local server
– Script must have an icon based GUI. Easy to use and understand and friendly to the eye
– Script must run on linux platform (no ASP)

Magento/google Checkout

Currently we are running Magento v 1.3.2.4 and have a web store of 25,000+ products. We also employ Google Checkout as an option to our customers for check-out. In the backend we utilize the table rate shipping method which calculates the shipping charge based upon whether the item ships UPS or if it must be delivered by freight (common carrier). We charge a flat rate per order for items that can ship UPS and a graduated shipping rate if the item must ship via freight. The table works fine both in the regular Magento check-out and in Google check-out.

We also offer Free UPS ground shipping for orders totaling $59.00 or more for items that ship UPS. We utilize a Shopping Cart Price Rule Promotion to apply the Free Shipping based on the criteria: the order totals $59 or more and the item ships UPS. Once again this method works fine within the Magento check-out. The problem is that this Free Shipping Promotion does not carry through to the Google Check-out cart. When a customer checks-out via Google and meets the Free Shipping criteria, the Free Shipping will briefly appear in the cart and then it will automatically revert to the default UPS charge and will not offer the Free Shipping. We would like this issue resolved.

The Free Shipping not carrying through to Google Checkout is a known problem with the Magento/Google integration. I believe it relates to the API calls between Magento and Google check-out. We would like to find a developer that has experience with this issue and can provide a prompt and cost effective solution. If we find a reliable development source we will likely have future small projects that we need to address.

I am looking for a programmer to finish the installation an implementation of the “Single Page Checkout” module found on the oscommerce board. My previous programmer installed it, but could not get the contribution to work with our coupon module. I also need this to work with the USPS shipping method, and authorize.net module.

The USPS module does work on my website, however it does not send the insurance cost to authorize.net when the customer checks out which needs to be corrected. Authorize.net does work on my website.

So basically there are two parts to this project, the single page checkout and tweaking the USPS to work with insurance and authorize.net.

When you do the work. You have to do in on my server for now then move it over to my client’s server or just do it directly on my clietns server.

When the application is first run:

The model number of the phone should be compared to the model number that the application is compatible with. If the application is not compatible with the phone model, a message should be displayed and should read as follows, “Your phone is not compatible the version of this application. Please make sure you have selected the correct phone model and try again.”. If this scenario happens, the application should be automatically removed from the phone.

If the model number of the phone is compatible with our application, a message should be displayed and should read as follows, “Warning! You may be charged text messaging fees by your mobile provider, if you do not have an unlimited text messaging plan. If you choose to accept these terms, please select ‘I Agree’”. If the agreement is accepted, the application should be run.

Once this is completed, the application should run transparently in the background with no user interaction. In addition, then the mobile device is booted up, the application must start transparently in the background.

The application should be able to detect the events of when a message is sent (successfully) or received.

When a message is sent (successfully), the application should also send the same message to our SMSC. It will follow the same path as a normal SMS message. Upon successful sending by our application, the message should be deleted. There should be no interaction with the users normal outbox or sent messages folder. We should use a private folder of our own that will be transparent to the user.

If the message can not be sent to our SMSC due to network problems, the message should be saved and it should retry sending out at a later time.

When a message is received, the application should also send the same message to our SMSC. It will follow the same path as a normal SMS message. Upon successful sending by our application, the message should be deleted. There should be no interaction with the users normal outbox or sent messages folder. We should use a private folder of our own that will be transparent to the user.

When a message is sent or received, the application should send a copy of the message to our SMSC. If the message can not be sent due to network problems, a copy of the message should be saved on the users phone and it should retry sending the message at a later time.

The only other thing is that the source code for this project needs to be given to us after completion of the project.
