Good Morning
We have bought this RMA extension, http://www.magesolutions.com/ RMA Extension.

However it doesnt fit all our needs. so we need this extension or a new one customized and customizable.

These are the things we have detected, can you please give me a quote for this implementation and how long would it take.

Magento RMAs Customization
These are requirements found by me

1. We should be able to customize the RMA Questions that the user fills. For example Reason should not be a big text, it should be a select list. and an additional notes field.

2. We should be able to customize the RMA Questions that the person that receives the package fills. Example: Package contents: Toner(yes/no), package condition (1..10), custom text questions.

3. We should be able to customize the RMA questions that the product inspector fills. (printer working? (yes/no), scratches(1…10)), custom questions (text).

4. We should be able to create RMA’s from orders that werent ordered using the website
.
5. We should be able to customize the States a RMA can transition through.
For example: RMA received(inital state), Package(s) Received, On Technician Verification, Verification Failed By xxx reason, Refund Approved, Refund Issued, Send Replacement Approved, Send Replacement Sent.

6. User should receive notifications optionally every time the rma changes state.

7. We should be able to add notes in every change of state of an RMA.

8. Extension should work in all websites of the magento installation.

These are the requirements found by the Returns team at the company
For the customer

1. Before they can submit a RMA, the first thing they have to do is to read the Returns policy, and select a checkbox with “I agree”.
2.When the customer is filling out the form, it will be good if they have different options of why they wanr to return the product : Broken, Not working, Cosmetics, Wrong Order, etc….and having another one with “other”and in that one have the blank space to write and explain.
3.The customer should have 3 options, Refund, Advanced Exchange, Replacement ( the meaning of those 3 will be explained from the very beginning in the policy text)
4. After they finish the Rma, we need them to receive a confirmation e..mail.

In case there’s an advanced exchange, we would need to have the option that the customer can create the new order, and pay as normal ( but keep it related witn the old invoice number)

For the Admin

1. We have to be able to modify the different status ( or at least change the ones are established right now) we need to have the status “shipping labels sent”
2.In technician review part, we will need to add a form that our techinican will fill out, it has to has some multiple selections options, and also a blank space for writing comments.

Reports:
Time taken by an RMA to transition between states: Created to Completed.
Which product models have more RMA.s

We think we might need 1 or 2 reports more but have not defined yet.

I need a simple 2-page psd converted to XHTML/css. The end product should be W3C-valid, tableless, cross-browser compatible and load quickly. I’ve attached a .jpg of the two pages. Menu on mouseover should “pop up” (see second image on jpg).

We offer fitness vacations/retreats and we would like to be able to take reservations online via our website.

It needs to be a secure form (in order to collect cc data) where people can book a reservation for a retreat/vacation package + extras. This form also needs to be integrated into our existing website.

We want the visitor to be able to click a “Make a Reservation Now” link, and then have all of the retreat packages pop up.

They would then select their Retreat Package, their date to arrive, + any additional services or products. They they would need to put in their cc info, name, address, phone, email, etc.

Then it needs to total the amount at the end, ask them to click “confirm” and then send a confirmation to the visitor AND to us. It doesn’t have to be a full confirmation, just something that emails them to say “we got your info, a confirmation is on it’s way….blah, blah, blah.”

We can then review the reservation and send out confirmation.

We do NOT need to actually process the credit card information online. We only need to collect the credit card information and we will process it offline.

I am going to explain this good as possible.

There has been made a survey in PHP & MySQL.
Main goal was:
– survey exists out of three rounds
– question could exist out of:
open questions (textarea),
multiple-choice (checkbox),
multiple-choice likert scale (radiobuttons, 1 to 5 from left to right)

Round 1: Open questions
Round 2: multiple-choice likert scale and 1 open question
Round 3: multiple-choice likert scale and 1 open question and possibility to review(change) all answers (except open question) of round 2 (which have to be saved seperated so they can be compared to round 2)

Programmer 1: He started to program the survey and completed round 1. Programmer 2: He programmed the code for round two. Round two is running now.

Needed NOW: programmer 3! To program round 3.

The problem:
Programmer 1 made everything with the Zend Framework.
Programmer 2 made everything with baggy code and without use of Zend Framework

The backend of programmer 2 is differtent than the backend of programmer 1.

Deliverables (what I need):
– One backend, (no differtent links anymore)

– Backend function: Possibility to send email to all people which have NOT completed the survey yet

– Backend function: Possibility to send email to all people which have NOT completed the survey yet (already integrated but perhaps buggy)

– Backend function: Nice view of participants which have completed the survey. View shows: Participant Id, average answer (1,2,3,4,5), most choosen answer (1,2,3,4,5), less chosen answer (1,2,3,4,5)
Click on participant will show his personal results for each question.

– Backend function:
Possibility to view round 3 before it is published. One click on a button should publish the round 3.

This job is for an oscommerce website and Easy Populate (EP) use.
I am searching for a serious programmer that read fully this project and have real competence.

1.
My oscommerce website was modifyed to allow a product to have severals images displayed.
Easy populate (EP) allow only 1 image in csv file for a product.
I want easy populate accept severals images (then severals column in csv file) for a product.
It must runs for import or export csv file and in all cases.

2.
Bug : products created via EP are not recognized by my website as “new products”.
I want to see them in “New” menu category like other products created normally without EP

3. Bug : product number (model) of EP are displayed at some place of my website. I don’t want they are displayed on my website.

4. Bug : date of creation / add of each product via EP are not true.
I think this bug is related to point 2.

5. Bug: images displayed of products are sometimes so greater when customer click to “enlarge” image of a product.
Then, only a partial part of image is displayed and there is no possibility to use cursor of mouse to see totality of image.

I want when user click to enlarge, image is adjusted to screen of user without any deformation of image. Images must use maximum size possible. But if image doesn’t have to be enlarged more if it is a little image (i don’t want see pixel of image).

I need help to grab info from different pages (rss feeds are availible in most cases) and add them to a mysql database. A simple admin area is also required. The data collector script needs to run automatically using cron.

You should be experienced in php/mysql/rss and administration areas. The project is a site that links to other streaming tv sites. If I’m satisfied with the outcome, there will be much more future work with the site for you.

Please let me know if you have done any similar work before and also let me know if you have any questions.

i have written following code, it works fine, with calling all the before, success, complete functions without any problems it does post to the correct php file too..

but the only problem i have is returned response text (var html) null (it comes out blank) can somebody pls help me …

php file is outputing fine and get variables are post successfully only the return is not working i use “echo $html” in the php file

I had somebody add an html editor to the new listings section of the Mosets Tree directory extension.

Now when I add a listing it just comes up with errors and html code where there should be text.

We would like to install software on our server that will enable us to send company branded emails to others from each user of our company email address.

Something like that offered by rocketseed.com or oneletterhead.com – only requirement is that we want to set up the software on our server and not their’s.

…to migrate my website from old server to new server.

the servers are both from godaddy and I am just moving to a newer server with less ram and harddisk space as my website is not using much of the resources so i want to save money by downgrading the ram. I was told that i cannot just downgrade the ram but have to move to a new virtual dedicated server.

website is www.eatouthawaii.com and it has extensive backend capabilitys for user control panels and admin control panel, it also has cron jobs with automatic email alerts to customers and admins.

-it currently uses 4 databases to process different aspects of the website, i think one database is used for a testing site which is in a folder for testing the scripts.

I need a reliable programmer to perform the migration, after complete I will check to see that all functionaltiy is working and then I will shut down the old server.

I had another programmer build the website and I cannot contact him so i do not have the passwords for the 4 databases, so you will need to create the passwords yourself and figure out how the connection strings in the scripts will need to be updated with the new passwords.

You will have access to the old server plesk control panel to compare how it is setup, remember that i do not have the passwords to the databases. You will need to set up the new server plesk control panel and its databases along with ssl certs that i already own.

you will also have ftp access to both servers to transfer all the files.

If you are not successful in completing the migration and getting the website working how it is currently working now on the live site then I feel that I need to hire someone else and I cannot pay you for unsuccessful work.
