Hello,

I have a php script real estate that has issues when I add or update listings agents and other data. It never use to have this problem but now if I add special characters such as ” ‘ % (and others) I get an error. It will not post the listings or information because of the special characters in the fields.

It looks to be a rather simple fix but I still need someone who knows what they are doing. Please be honest about your completion dates. I need this done asap. This effects more than one field there are fields for listings, agents, locations and more that are effected. I need the whole script to be working properly by being able to accept these special charaters in the fields while editing or adding.

I need a new landing page made for collecting consumer data for the generation of a mortgage lead. We are looking for a dynamic form where the consumer fills out some info and is taken to the next screen. Here are examples:

The form will then HTTP post the result to the destination server. Documentation for the HTTP post is forthcoming. It should be standard.

The name of the landing page should be html formatted by CSS so it can be used with different domains easily without having to manipulate the image files.

Bid includes source files, installation on the domain, and testing http post.

We are on a low budget, so keep that in mind with the bid. But this has the potential to lead to many more pages ordered.

I would like a simple PHP/dynamic poll created to be displayed on my page at www.cocs-guild.com. The poll will have the following properties.

1. Must be intergrated into the site with html/css.
2. Backend so that I can modify the poll. NOTE this does not require authentication as I will add that in myself later.
3. I must be able to create/modify the poll through the backend.
4. No fancy html/css graphics for the backend are required. Just a simple <form> will be fine.
5. I want to be able to see all the previous polls created from the backend.
6. I also want to be able to select which poll is displayed on the front page.
7. I dont care if you use an existing script or php framework.

I am not looking to spend a whole lot of money on this and my budget is around $30 dollars U.S. paid through a scriptlance escrow.

– Overall look and feel needs to be professional and high-class, not flashy like product sites, but also needs a web 2.0 feel

Index page:
– Border background: need a color or design matching company theme (major:dark red & little bit of yellow)
