Setting up no-ip Mail Reflector, Alternative Port SMTP, and encryption for my Mail Server by moonvalley

I am using hMailServer as the mail server and Mozilla Thunderbird as my mail client. So far my server and client have been able to receive incoming mails, but I am unable to send outgoing mails.
