Create simple .html username lists from .csv files by MitjaCAW

I need someone to create static html files from several csv files with usernames. Html files should start with the first letter or number of the username 0.html, 1.html… a.html, b.html and should contain all usernames alphabetically starting with that letter (first letter or number)… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C Programming, C# Programming, Data Processing, HTML, PHP)
