Update to code of previous job at www.clubhive.co.uk – no longer displaying properly on chrome browser.. Also require code for user to input email address .. very simple.. email will be added to a .csv file on server along with the date…. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: HTML, PHP, Website Design)
