I Need someone to build a highend wedding website that allows users to create their own sites from our templates. I would need a minimum of ten templates or I could provide templates which can just be changed to the preffered user colour scheme… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Weddings)
