I am looking for a new skin for our Anime Forum. Forum is built with vBulletin 3.8.4. We have 3 skins there now including a default one but we would like a new one to freshen it up. I am not looking at anything expensive but would like to have it implemented asap… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: vBulletin)
