I want small modifications to the WordPress Quick Press widget plugin: 1. Presently this sidebar widget form shows up only for those who have the capability to publish posts. I want it to show up for all in the sidebar, even for the non-logged in Guests… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
