I am in need of a ready to install mod for my forum. What it needs to do is limit the number of threads(1) that a user can post in specific forums. I would also like to have a time limit where users can not reply to their own topics to move them back to the top of topics, for 6 hours… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, vBulletin)
