I need interactive map done using HTML5+CSS3 and Javascript. When user clicks on any country on the map it randomly changes color. Actually I’m not sure if this can be done in HTML5 or should I use flash? Please advise your method in PM… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, Website Design)
