Convert MSaccess 2010 application to php-mysql web app. by mmakis2000

I have a medium sized MSaccess application and I need to convert it into a web application. The database should be mysql and the forms/reports should be in php. Also there should be a user management module created… (Budget: $50-$300 USD, Jobs: Microsoft Access, MySQL, PHP)
