I want an iPhone app very similar to the popular “Fat Booth” application on the AppStore. The user takes a photo or picks one from his/her library. They can then apply effects to this photo and save it to their phone and upload it to Facebook, Twitter etc… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: iPad, iPhone)
