I need a web based photo layout program most like http://scrapwalls.com but only need the custom layout option, not the templates. The user should be able to add photos, the photos will then be automatically laid out in the canvas area… (Budget: $250-$5000 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Flash, HTML, Javascript)
