i need a map based in javascript to be somewhat navigable of all countries and regions of the world as a heat map. there is various ways of doing this using opensource map servers like geoserver or openlayers or wikipedia bank world svg maps but i simply cant get aquainted with the way it works… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, PHP, Software Architecture)
