fix JA Teline template issues, bookmarks by BizVenture001

I have a few issues on the JA Teline template. I would like them fixed. These are found on 2 sites. In addition, I would like some problem with my bookmark fixed. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Joomla)
