I am looking for an android app to be built that is essentially an ebay sniping tool. I currently use the free sniping tool found at http://www.jbidwatcher.com/ and would like to have something very similar to be run on the android… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Android, Mobile Phone)
