Have hosted WordPress site with 3.01 and 2010 default theme. Want to use a child theme – mainly css mods but the navbar needs a functions.php file for the child. Presently have only one test page written that shows up on the navbar… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
