Previously I mentioned a custom open source movie player control providing a number of extra features called the Video Player kit.
Here’s another custom movie player control called ALMoviePLayerController that can be used as a drop-in replacement for MPMoviePlayerController but adds a number of extra properties for customization.
By default ALMoviePlayerController looks like the standard movie player, but you can adjust the bar color height, change between different style setups, adjust the seek rate, and more.
