Open Source Remix Of The iOS Facebook SDK To Make Things Easier

I’ve written about some nice helper libraries for working with the Facebook iOS SDK, and some great libraries that make sharing on the social networks easier.

Today I received a submission about a very interesting remix of the iOS Facebook SDK with an extensive number of updates.

Some of the things that they’ve done are rewrite the method names to make them more consistent with iOS API naming conventions, swapped the delegate patterns with a block based API, and enable ARC support.

The library is from Chris Ross, Kieran Gutteridge, Daniel Tull, and Chris Baines.

You can find the library on Github here with further information on usage and what’s different with this fork of the Facebook SDK.

Note that even though this is shown as a fork of the original Facebook SDK it’s totally updated.

Thanks to Kieran for the submission!
