Official Objective-C Version Of Twitter Text Processing Library Released

If you’ve ever considered creating a twitter related app of your own then you’ll need a way to process the many different twitter language shortcuts.

Twitter has an open source library for handling these shortcuts which has been available for several languages for some time, and now an Objective-C version has been released.

The library includes methods for extracting user names, mentions headers, hashtags, and more – all the tweet specific language syntax you could ever want.

There was an unofficial port of this library floating around previously, but this is an official release.

You can find the library, Twitter-Text-Objc on Github here.
