When Photoshop CS6 was released, many users complained about how the new Crop Tool worked. In Photoshop CS6.1, Adobe made some adjustments to the Crop Tool that they hope will alleviate some of those users’ concerns. In this tutorial, Martin Perhiniak and Psdtuts+ Editor, Grant Friedman will explain some of these options which include Crop to W & H Resolution, UI enhancements, and the resurrection of the Crop to Front Image option which had originally been removed from the previous version of Photoshop CS6.
How to Get This Update
To get this update, customers can follow the following instructions.
- In Photoshop, choose Help > Updates
- The Adobe Application Manager will launch. Select Adobe Photoshop or and choose “Update.”
