I already have the static website done with all the external pages like the about us, etc. I need to do the following. (btw, my site will be like air*bnb.com Remove the *) Remember the external portion of the site is done. I also have the design ready(with css-html) for the actual listing pages.

I just need the following finished and also things like post a room, registration-signin done

The visitor is able to:
– Property search
– Apartments page view to rent, sale etc
– Wishlist
– reviews system
– booking form to book apartments listed
– search for apartment features in advanced search
– google maps
– Book a property(apartment) for Rent by paying online via paypal
– Confirmation of booking via email notification

Apartment owner
_ receive and respond to messages
– schedule in the listing calender
– receive payments through escrow
– post a room
The admin will be able to:

– View/Manage registered users
– Add Apartments with pricing for Rent
– import/export system (listing, rates, availability)
– View Bookings
– booking calendar
– Reviews system for every listing
– Quick Customer Search (name)

It is pretty much finishing up the complete clone but I have already done the external pages.

The script will grab domain list from a site, that site publishes 1 domain list everyday. Every list has 60k-70k(60.000-70.000) domains.

The script should:
– check every domains’ pagerank in the list.
– check 70k domains a day.
– add domains to the encrypted file if the domains’ pageranks are higher than zero and should make fake pagerank control.

Notes: This is easy job but Google bans ip’s which query more than 1000 domains so you need to use proxies or find another solution to that. (i have a solution for it but i will tell it only by pm)

I am looking for some expert who knows FBML and knows effective and efficient use of Facebook applications to customize my Facebook Fan Page. The Wireframes will be provided by us, In addition we need 1000 targeted Fans on our fan page.

You must have experience of creating Facebook fans without getting banned from FB.

1. Fan’s must be from newyork texas and atlanta network

2. We are looking for Fans not friends, you will not have access to log into the page.

3. Fans must be real accounts

4. Fans must not be SPAM accounts, or those at risk of being quickly suspended

5. If fans are added in a way that results in our accounts being suspended, you will not be paid.

6. Only 5% of deflection will be tolerated. Other than that, fans outside the network desired or that cancel during the project will not be paid.

7. Must be done in 7 days.

8. Escrow will be paid every 250 fans.
