i have a interior decorator that we are building a a website for. Im looking for someone who can provide me creative weblayouts for my client.

the process is as follows

– i need 3 layouts for this website. the different layouts.. must be different from each other and not just color differences.

– initially it must be just JPG files. On selection of the chosen layout. it must be converted into proper htmls.. so from 3 JPG layouts, it will become 1 final htmls layouts.

– to ensure quality of work .. i need to see 1 JPG layout immediately , so that we are on the right track.

please note im looking for great work, and not some templates from the net and not some childish designs. the person who does this well , will get all our future web design projects.i have posted similar projects in the past, but i just didnt get the perfect designer as yet

I have auction web apps has payment gateway. I use Paypal for payment gateway it has problem.

When user try to deposit money for their account via Paypal. I can see transduction successful made between Paypal but, I don’t see any change of amount on my account.

Is anybody know what is the problem and how to fix it?

We are looking for an expert in PHP or JSP who is able to extend an OPEN SOURCE tool for managing PPC campaigns.
The Open Source tool should exist already. It might be in PHP or JSP as web-based solution for managing campaigns and keywords e.g. for Google Adwords and Commission Junction.
We would like you to write an extension/a plugin for the script which provides the users of our paid search project to manage there ads there.

Please make sure, that the existing open source tool that you are going to use for this job, is at least able to manage google adwords so far. Our API is very similar to the adwords api and the users will be happy to manage their adwords campaigns in the same tool like our campaigns.

The budget on the project is 1200USD for the extension/plugin.
