We are looking for an expert in PHP or JSP who is able to extend an OPEN SOURCE tool for managing PPC campaigns.
The Open Source tool should exist already. It might be in PHP or JSP as web-based solution for managing campaigns and keywords e.g. for Google Adwords and Commission Junction.
We would like you to write an extension/a plugin for the script which provides the users of our paid search project to manage there ads there.
Please make sure, that the existing open source tool that you are going to use for this job, is at least able to manage google adwords so far. Our API is very similar to the adwords api and the users will be happy to manage their adwords campaigns in the same tool like our campaigns.
The budget on the project is 1200USD for the extension/plugin.

-which open source tool are you going to extend for our API?
-how much weeks will it take to envelop this plugin/extension? (for an API which provides the same requests like the google adwords api does. we have this api already! this is not part of the job!)
