We need a developer who can develop a board plan revolving matrix script/software for us.

Features include website replication for members. Referrals by members only. A board plan where board always split when full and the board leader graduates to the second board that is revolving. The other members should be shared among the two boards based on their position and the number of members they have recruited.

the board plan with split system where members advances based on the number of referrals. Each member can refer up to two members, any other referral spills over. after completion of first board, they are automatically entered into a second board where they revolve forever. if board is full, the leader advances to the second board and the board is split into two for the current member, position is selected by first looking for member with two referrals to occupy the first levels and following from left to right and top to bottom, then those with single referrals are considered next and those with no referrals are considered next. then the last level remains empty to be filled from left to right. upon entering the second board, they follow their leader to the leader’s board.

This is urgent need only serious bidder who in the past has developed similar software. Before making payment we will have the live demo with admin/customer panel.

My website currently uses the “Perfect ‘Left Menu’ 2 Column Liquid Layout (Percentage widths)” layout. You can see this by comparing both websites:

I would like you to change my CSS and HTML so it uses the “‘Left Menu’ 2 column Liquid Layout (Pixel-widths)” (http://matthewjamestaylor.com/blog/ultimate-2-column-left-menu-pixels.htm) layout. In other words, I want to use pixel widths instead of percentage widths.

This involves changing a little bit of HTML and CSS, and then altering the CSS so it gives the exact same layout as my current design.

Important:

1. The layout after the change must be the exact same. This means if I view the old design on a 1280 x 800 resolution in IE, and compare it with the new design on a 1280 x 800 resolution in IE, both designs should look the exact same.

2. You MUST use the HTML and CSS as defined in “‘Left Menu’ 2 column Liquid Layout (Pixel-widths)”. You cannot add your own CSS or HTML. (I understand you will have to change the CSS values to get it to work).

I am much more likely to pick you if you can show me an example of the finished re-design. (Don’t worry, I won’t steal the CSS changes; I just want to be sure you are able to actually complete this project).

The project is to create an accordion menu (horizontal) for a web site that is in preparation. (www.fotofocus.ca/v3/). The size is 645×280 pixels.

The accordion menu have to be place right under the “team fotofocus” banner, where the 6 rectangles are placed.

The menu has to be simple to update. We will replaces the pictures with the events that we cover, the pictures will link to the gallery of that event).
