We have 2 domains whose names are exactly the search term that we want to rank well for (1st page Google in 8 months). Imagine: THESEARCHTERM.xx (where xx is country code, and THESEARCHTERM is the search term we are looking to rank well for)

The search terms (same as domain name) are both looked up over 5 million times a month on Google search page. Our aim is to rank among the top 5 domains in Google search.

Those domains have nothing on them today besides a recently installed WordPress blog. I want to hire 2 writers for each of the domains for 8 months at least and they will become experts in the search term. They will not only be blogging but even more finding news, contacting interesting people to get comments, interviews, write about what those people/companies contacted are doing. So this job may be more a reporter/journalist than blogger. I have very specific ideas how to build this up revenue wise.

What I am willing to offer on the job is $250 per month during first 3 months, and then will increase it to $300 per month but mind you that I will fire very quickly if performance (and clever thinking) are not good. Through the years I have had to fire a lot people so do not take for granted that if you are hired and not performing that I will keep you.

To keep the job, you have to be dedicated to this job for minimum 6 hours per day for the first 8 months. I will then increase the salaries after the first 8 months because then you will be specialist in the matters we write about on the page (you have become top journalist).

You have to be very effective, independent, clever and you have to speak 100% English. If you manage to get us to the first page on Google, you will get a $500 as a bonus payment, and if you rank us in top 5 places you will get additional $1500. So during the first 8 months you could very well get $2000 in bonus payment if you do your job well and as the domain name helps a lot with ranking this is more than a good possibility.

In your application, write about yourself, and why you consider yourself a good writer, and how and why you think you will be able to get this domain on the first page of Google. Are you ready to speak on phone with people if taking an interview for example ? I will probably call you on phone to test you, so if you are inadequate, don’t bother applying for this job.

If you are clever, speak and write excellent English, and are hungry for results, then you are the one I want to hire.

If you do well, then you will be able to get very good salaries as we have potential of becoming very popular and well visited page.
