I need a template installed and some tweaks to the template for a Watch parts & Tools company.

The job is Install or design a template.
– Rights belong to me after job is completed
– Fully functional
– Shopping cart should be displayed near the top with total items and price.
– A basic flash style menu with things such as “Home, Specials, My Account, Contact us, etc”
– Category Box should be clean and neat but nothing fancy. Currently, I would like to have the nest only go Main Category 1 -> Sub Category 1,2 etc. Nothing farther than another Sub Category under the first Sub Category.
– A slightly fancier and cleaner looking logo.
– Customized Boxes (such as a “Watch Parts Inquiry”. This function would allow the customer to send an email about an item that isn’t on the website. They would need to fill out an appropiate form asking for the brand name, model number, etc.)
– I would like to have the banner manager (so that I can update promotions, etc) on the front page centered. Another side banner mananger on a customized box to the right column would be great.
– Best Sellers would be configured to the right column.
– Edit category pages. I need this so I can provide short description of a category page (main & sub categories).

This is not a complete list of what I want, there are some MINOR things that I want done but the things I listed above are the main concepts. I need someone efficient, professional, and fast. I will be paying through ESCROW only. I do not want anything fancy but I do require that the page be clean and professional looking. My website currently has some medium modifications installed but I would be willing to start off from a fresh oscommerce install but I NEED NO PROBLEMS FOR EASYPOPULATE (I have 20,000+ products).

The scriptlancer should be easily accessible (gmail chat, aim is preferred). I would like quick updates. Depending on the satisfaction of the job done, I will be willing to tip.
