I am looking for someone to write a Ophthalmology medical scientific paper for me. This basically includes doing research and writing a paper on “endoscopic vitrectomies combined with glaucoma tube shunts”. The paper will be approximately 2000-2500 words. The numbers for surgery will be given by myself. You will need to do complete research through medical journals (online through pubmed etc), write an original manuscript including:

Introduction
Methods and materials (I will guide you for this)
Results (I will give you numbers etc)
Discussion
Conclusion

The paper has to be high quality as I am looking on submitting it to an ophthalmology journal for publication.

We are a small non-profit organization which is using the Oxylus Universal template (http://www.oxylusflash.com/flashfiles/universal-full-template-with-shop-cms-and-2-skins) to create e-learning courses/sessions which we will deliver to trainees for a small fee. The template is very complex and comprised of a variety of .swf, .as, .js, .php, etc. files. We need a reliable, experienced programmer with advanced knowledge of ActionScript (2.0 and 3.0), PHP, MySQL, etc. to make some modifications.

PLEASE NOTE: We have had several experiences where programmers did not follow through on projects because they were unreliable and/or did not have the necessary expertise. Therefore, we require that programmers clearly demonstrate that they have the necessary time/expertise to complete the project before we will accept their bid. A simple, “We can do this.” will not be sufficient. We require that you download the source files, make the modification (or enough of the modification to show that you can complete the project), then send us a link to the modified template you have created. Once we can see that you have the ability to make the modification we will consider accepting your bid.

If you feel you have the necessary expertise to do the modification please send us a PM (personal message) with the follow statement, “I am interested in working on this modification. Please send me the source files. I will use all files I receive exclusively for the purpose of bidding/doing the modification and then delete them.” We will send you instructions for how you can download the source files, MySQL databases, etc. and get a copy of the modified template (see below) working on your server.

If we accept your bid, you can then send us the modified source files and a detailed description of the changes which you made to the template (file name, line number, change from X to Y) to complete the project. We will verify that the changes have been made according to the project description (typically within 24 hours) and then send payment through this websites payment system.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP
The source files used for this project are owned by our organization and may not be used for any other purpose besides working on this modification. All files must be destroyed/deleted immediately after you are done considering/working on this project.

I noticed you’ve done this project before
how much would you charge for this script?

I want a script that will automatically log into trafficvance.com and increase my bid on keywords if they are not ranked #1. This script is for display creatives (popup traffic).

The features of the required script are:

1. auto login to trafficvance.com
2. Auto syncs with active campaigns
3. Allows for rank desire
4. Allows for max bid placement
5. Auto spider of active targets
6. Timed intervals between spidering and setting creatives
7. Allows for purging of targets (multiple accounts)
8. Logs activity
9. Mass desired max.bid or desired ranking update

The basic flow would be:
1. log into trafficvance.com
2. navigate into “Target Optimization Tool” section and load campaign and set it to show 1500 targets per page.

3. reset all keywords to .01 in case i am overbidding and “Update All Bids”
4. set each keyword to .001 cents higher then the highest bid or maxbid(see below) and “Update All Bids”
5. For duplicate campaigns, where I am bidding on multiple identical keywords, I should also be able to appy a desired ranking to each keyword.
eg. desired ranking=2

I believe this all can be done via CURL. I want to run this via a cron script so it will check and update every x amount of minutes.

Please provide a basic interface, which I can access, listing the
* trafficvance login/password(hidden)
* time interval between adjustments
* campaign name, creative, target, desired rank, current rank, maximum bid, highest bid.
The time interval between adjustments, maximum bid and desired rank per keyword target should be adjustable within the interface.

I should be able to mass bid update multiple targets at the same time or mass rank update multiple targets at the same time, within the interface. These desired max.bids and desired ranking should be able to be saved in memory for the next time I run the script.

I am able to supply picture examples of a similar interface so that you can see what I am talking about, and provide much more detailed graphical information as is required (after the winner has been selected).

As this script is changing bid prices it needs to have proper error checking and recovery measures.
