Hello,

i found a methode, which let you preversing the iPhone4 Baseband Update!

1) Make sure sauriks server is in etc/hosts
2) Shift Click in iTunes "Update Firmware", choose your 4.2.1 FW.
3) When its done, you get Error "1013"
4) Open latest Tinyumbrella Version => Choose "KICK OUT OF RECOVERY"
5) Done, 4.2.1 with old baseband

2011 iPhone alarm clocks BUG

According to multiple users expressing their frustration through Twitter, come New Years 2011 (where ever you are) your iPhone alarm clock won’t function correctly. You may recall a similar bug in iOS when daylight savings time switched on but this is exactly the opposite. This New Year’s 2011 iPhone alarm clock bug shows its face to users without recurring alarms.

This means that anybody who sets an alarm just for tomorrow won’t be woken up by the iPhone’s built-in alarm clock application. To avoid this issue you need to set a recurring alarm by tapping repeat to select the days you want the alarm to go off on. Apple is yet to say anything and it is still unknown whether this is iOS 4.2.1 only or if it affects past system versions too. Be sure to tell everyone you know with iPhones!

HDRi – 0822 Cloudy Dawn (HDR Images)

Description:

HDRi skydome panorama in tiled .exr and .hdr format for use as a spherical environment in 3d scenes. 0822 refers to the time of day it was taken.

Resolution:

Approx 7000px wide, good enough in some cases to be used as the directly visible sky. When you want more control, or the sky is visibly low res, you can use the supplied 12 megapixel jpg backplates.

Dynamic Range:

All photos used to make the HDRi are taken at the following exposures:

1/8000, 1/2000, 1/500, 1/125, 1/30, 1/8, 1/2

which is equivalent to a dynamic range of 12 EVs (Exposure Values). A Canon 1Ds MK3 was used and was set to shoot 7 exposures 2 EVs apart. Exposures longer than 1 second give problems with moving clouds.

The .exr files are about 70mb each.

High dynamic range within a HDR image is important if you are looking to get realistic shadows from the sun.

Backplates:

Comes with 9 straight shots of the sky taken at the same time as the HDRi and with the same color temperature so it matches your render. Each jpg is 4368×2912 px and about 2.5mb.

In all HDRs the sun (or brightest part) is oriented south>north for easy control of shadow direction.

The rendered preview above is shown straight from the max frame buffer with no contrast adjustments.

Audi R8 Tesla (Cars)

A Highly detailed model of the wellknown Audi R8, but with a little twist.. This is the ‘Tesla’ version, a custom version of the classic, with minor design changes in the details.

This car is good for everything from closeups, to smaller/larger scenes, and it’s ready for rigging if animation is needed.

The car is modelled in 3dsmax 2011 with VRay materials.. The rendered images are made with VRay 1.5 – scene & rendersetup not included.
