Note:
This action can be work on Logo transparent or not — B & W or Color, but not work if the logo with bad contrast or version logo with black/dark background. In case, you need to invert your logo into white background.
The best look result in range 1000-2500px and RGB mode, should not do over 4000px, the details is nice also, but you’ll take a slower progress action and shorter sketch lines.

This action has been tested and works in Photoshop CS3 Extended, CS5, CS6, CC+ (English version).
